| By the grace of Srila Prabhupada and the efforts
of his sincere followers, the number of practicing devotees in
Vaisnava is increasing all over the world. Most of such devotees
do desire to get married, and it is essential that they be married
to other practicing devotees. They want to follow the instruction
of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, the Supreme Personality of Godhead: |

| asat-sanga-tyaga — ei vaishnava-achara |
| "A Vaishnava should always avoid the association of the non-devotees." |
| |
| However, devotees often end up marrying non-devotees. And because of the influence of non-devotee association, such marriages generally do not help the devotees increase their Krishna consciousness. In most of the cases such marriages generally do not lead to a happy married life. The association with devotees begins at home. There is no greater wealth in the material world than the love and support of a spouse who is a devotee of Lord Krishna. |

| Devotional household life, or the grhastha ashram, is one of the great pillars of civilization, as taught to us by our founder-acharya, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. The married devotee couple provides spiritual and material shelter to each other, their children, and all who come in their path. It is one of the purposes of the managers of this site to strengthen the great institution of the grhastha asrama by uniting devotees of like disposition. |

| Srila Prabhupada once told Chitsukananda: |
| “…you want to get married, I am not against that. We want to have nice devotee marriages and devotee children. But one thing, you must marry; find out a girl from our society. Make sure she is a devotee. Otherwise, I have seen, when they marry with non-devotees, their life is not happy, because they don’t understand. Therefore, make sure you find out a girl from our society.” |

| We are a group of initiated grhastha disciples of H.H. Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaja, whose blessings are always a source of inspiration to do something good for the devotee community.
